We only collect the information necessary to process your order and provide great customer service such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. All payments are securely processed using trusted third-party payment providers, and we never store your credit card information.
We may contact you after your purchase to confirm details, send updates about your order, or follow up to ensure you're happy with your experience. If you sign up for our newsletter or updates, we’ll only send you content you’ve agreed to receive, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of what’s needed to process and deliver your order. We use secure systems to store your information and limit access to only those on our team who need it.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
While we don’t currently offer a standard wholesale program, we’re always open to conversations with shops, galleries, or brands who see the value in what we do. If you’re interested in carrying Neon Junkies pieces or collaborating on a custom collection, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a small, hands-on team and every piece is designed and made in-house, so wholesale opportunities are limited.
